This will be the first event of the 2020 season to include fans! It’s been a while, but INDYCAR fans are ready!!

COVID UPDATE: The track encourages everyone to follow safe practices at Road America, such as social distancing – maintaining 6 feet from others. Also frequent hand washing and use of many hand sanitizer stations at the facility. Cloth face coverings are heavily recommended in areas where social distancing is difficult to maintain. All guests will be screened in their vehicles with contactless temperature checks before entering the gates.

In a typical year, Road America hosts some 425 events! The events include professional and amateur races, club activities, and individual ‘Track Days’ which teaches better driving skills. The racetrack is big business, attracting about 800,000 visitors annually! Road America is in a rural community with about 1,000 permanent residents. The track’s location is in the middle of Eastern Wisconsin, close to Lake Michigan, North of Milwaukee, close to Sheboygan, Plymouth and Fond du Lac. You will probably experience traffic issues in and out, as the roads usually accommodate local traffic. Be patient and follow signage and your experience will flow better. Camping on the grounds is allowed and somewhat recommended, as close lodging can be an issue.

The facility contains grass, gravel, pavement, trails, and hills with elevation changes. Comfortable walking shoes are a must and consider appropriate clothing, weather dependent. Pack allergy medications. Travel light, but no reserved grandstands. Might want to bring a chair or blanket. Coolers are allowed, but no glass. No private golf carts are permitted.

The NTT INDYCAR SERIES will share the track with Indy Pro 2000, USF2000, and Vintage Indy. Lots of on-track activity for your entertainment.
